How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.

I paid but the premium features are locked.

Open the app, go to the paywall or settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

What happens to the photos I upload?

Images are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not use them to train AI models or share them for advertising. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Because uploads are deleted automatically within 24 hours, there is normally nothing left to delete. If you want us to erase analytics or support records linked to you, e‑mail support@wowooltd.com from the address you used and we will confirm within 30 days.

Is NubX medically accurate?

No. NubX gives an estimate based on the nub‑theory heuristic and is for entertainment only. It is not a medical device. Ask your healthcare provider for a medical determination.

The app crashes or a result never finishes.

Update to the latest version from the App Store, make sure you have a stable internet connection, and try again. If the problem continues, send us the app name, iOS version and a short description of what happened.
